Shipping and Refund Policy

Refund Policy. You may return any item to MatMen within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. The seal cannot be broken or bottle damaged. 

You must include a slip with your name and order number inside your return parcel to be eligible for a refund. 

Initiate Refund: You do not need to notify us before initiating a return. Just ship it to the return address below and include a slip with your name and order number inside the return parcel. We recommend that you track and insure your package because if your package does not arrive at our warehouse, we will not be able to issue a refund.

Lost or Stolen Items. MatMen does not offer insurance or refunds for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend opening a case with USPS or FedEx and contacting local law enforcement and your insurance company.

Undeliverable Packages: If FedEx or USPS tracking indicates delivery of your package, we consider it delivered even if you cannot find it. If your package is undeliverable, you must pick it up from a pickup location. If you do not pick up your package from a pickup location, the carrier will discard or return your package, and you will not receive a refund.

Wrong Address: Your responsibility is to provide us with the correct address. If you provide an incorrect address, we will not reship your package or provide you with a refund. We charge a $25 fee for changing your mailing address once your parcel leaves our warehouse, and delivery is not guaranteed. You cannot update your mailing address if your package is already out for delivery.
