At MatMen, we work hard to get your order to you quickly and safely.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order. 

Free US shipping on orders +$30.

Shipping Times
Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times may vary during holidays or major sales events.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your package in real time.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the estimated time, please contact us at hello@matmen.co.

We’ll investigate and work with you to make it right.

International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only.
